How do I get stemcell treatment? – How can I become a patient at Clinic DDr. Heinrich? That’s easy:

If you live close to our institute or want to come to Vienna for a visit: Simply arrange for a first meeting in our clinic. Thereby all necessary check ups and tests will be discussed and planned. As soon as all the results necessary for analysis are at hand we will invite you to another meeting where we will explain your status to you and present recommendations for treatment. It is also possible to have a first consultation on the phone or by email. In this case you first see us for giving blood samples and discussing your medical history.

If you live outside of Austria, please use our online-consultation. There you’ll get a password, which will enable you to download all necessary material for anamnesis. Later you’ll use this password to order your medication. According to Austrian law only patients of our institute are allowed to receive medication from us. After filling in the forms downloaded from our website you can send them by mail or e-mail. To save time, we can provide test tubes for you. You let your general practitioner take the blood samples and send the test tubes back to our institute. As soon as we have the results ready, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

For treatment – a minor procedure, performed under local anaesthesia - you’ll have to come to Vienna for at least a day. If further processing of the stem cells is necessary a second surgery a few weeks after is necessary. We recommend that you stay overnight. If you are a VIP patient we will provide a personal care-taker and arrange a pleasant stay for you. Simply let us know your wishes, likes and dislikes.

After treatment you will keep touch with our clinic through e-mail or phone. This is necessary for adjusting and completion of treatment. If you’re in Austria you will visit us for regular check ups. If you are abroad, you’ll send in your test tubes as for the first assessment.
