Finally there’s a lasting alternative to breast enlargement with silicon implants: Breast augmentation by use of body-own, stem-cell-enriched fat. Since 2007 this revolutionary method has been – as a result of clinical studies in the USA and Japan – approved also in the EU. Clinic DDr. Heinrich is the first institute in Europe to offer this cutting edge technology.

Breast augmentation with stem-cell-enriched own fat is performed under local anaesthesia or in twilight sleep without general anaesthesia. It’s an outpatient treatment, surgery will take between 4 and 6 hours and only minimal aftercare is required.

In a two-step procedure the body silhouette will be shaped and optimised – completely without silicon or other synthetic materials which would only compromise results.

Transplantation of big amounts of fat: The transplanted own fat will not become part of the tissue and will be absorbed. Fatty cysts may develop. We do not employ this technique at Clinic DDr. Heinrich.	Transplantation by microinfiltration: Own fat enriched with stem cells is injected in small amounts and therefore can be expected to stay. This is the method we use at Clinic DDr. Heinrich.

First, body fat will be sucked off by DDr. Heinrich’s special and very gentle method, which means precise handwork without use of machinery. Then stem cells will be harvested from one portion of the fat in a special multi-step process. These stem cells will be added to the rest of the own-fat and then injected into the breast.

The stem cells will differentiate into mature fat cells, increasing the natural volume of the breast.
